David Demers

David Demers currently serves as Vice President of Product Strategy & Development at Drivestream, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, David was the Chief Information Officer at the University of Maine System from August 2017 to April 2024 and served as CIO and Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications at Buffalo State College from July 2015 to July 2017. David's extensive experience includes strategic leadership positions at Bay Path University and Sacred Heart University, where responsibilities spanned innovative online learning programs, instructional technology development, and the integration of technology into academic processes. Academically, David holds a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
