Kishore Karlapudi

Kishore Karlapudi, MBA, has extensive experience in the field of HRMS implementations and cloud solutions. Kishore is currently the Executive Director and Client Partner of Cloud Solutions at Drivestream Inc., where they provide leadership and guidance for various cloud implementations including Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, Taleo Cloud, and HCM - Taleo Cloud Integrations. Kishore has successfully led 5 HCM Cloud Go-lives, covering HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Talent suite, ERP, and Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding. Kishore specializes in developing high-performance teams and focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.

Prior to their role at Drivestream, Kishore worked at Cummins Inc. as the Global Senior Manager, HRIS. During their time there, they drove efficiencies and built a high-performance team while leading managers, project managers/business analysts, and administrative staff for Oracle HR/Advanced Benefits implementations. Kishore also played a key role in the post-acquisition rollout of Oracle HCM to acquired distributors, delivering significant cost savings and efficiencies.

Before joining Cummins Inc., Kishore worked at Cummins as the Global Benefits Applications Manager. In this role, they streamlined HR processes, built strategic partnerships, and developed operational processes and systems to support the growth of HR and healthcare benefit services.

Kishore began their career at KBACE Technologies as a Senior Principle Consultant in the HRMS Practice. Kishore was responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring new employees and played a role in growing millions of dollars in revenue.

Kishore has also gained experience working at companies such as BAX Global, Nordstrom, Creighton University, The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Fidelity Investments, and PPG Industries, where they held various HRMS and consulting roles.

Kishore Karlapudi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. Kishore then pursued an Executive MBA at Emory University - Goizueta Business School, specializing in General Management, from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Kishore has also acquired several certifications throughout their career, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2020, Leadership Conversations Training (Building Success in Others - Leadership Essentials) from Cummins Inc. in October 2013, Six Sigma from Cummins Inc. in November 2009, and ITPM Certification from Cummins Inc. in June 2008.
