Jackie Rempel has five years of work experience. Jackie began their career in 2014 as a Territory Manager with Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. Later that year, they took on the role of Sales Coordinator with One Smart Home A/V Inc., where they assisted the Sales Manager/Owner in scheduling and meeting with new and existing clients and estate home builders. In 2016, Jackie became an Assistant Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, where they were responsible for scheduling 12 employees, reconciling accounts, new member sales and account maintenance, and new client orientation. From 2018 to 2021, Jackie worked as a Clinic Coordinator at Muscle Elements Health & Wellness, overseeing the day to day operations of the clinic and handling A/R and A/P, as well as direct billing to a variety of insurance companies and client account reconciliation. Jackie currently holds the role of Sr Customer Success Manager at Drivewyze.

Jackie Rempel has completed a Remedial Massage Therapy degree from M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy between 2015 and 2017. Jackie is currently enrolled at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Jackie also holds a Customer Success Leader certification from Gainsight, obtained in September 2022, an Adv Customer Success Manager certification from Gainsight, obtained in August 2022, and a Customer Success Manager certification from Gainsight, obtained in February 2022. Jackie is also a Registered Massage Therapist, certified by the Registered Massage Therapists' Association.
