Keith McCarthy is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in customer account management and sales within the technology and staffing industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Account Manager at Gainsight since August 2025, McCarthy previously held multiple roles at Bullhorn from March 2016 to August 2025, including Senior Account Director and Global Account Director, focusing on enhancing customer experience for enterprise clients through product discovery and sales negotiations.
