Ryanne Santos

Ryanne Santos has a long history of working in various roles. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Support Specialist, Operations Support Associate, and Speed Data Analyst for Drivosity. Ryanne also began working as a Typist for Network Closing Services, Inc., where they used company software to analyze documents and input data into the system, assessed contracts and other documents to create orders for new clients, and used appropriate tools to perform Bankruptcy Searches. In 2021, Ryanne began working as a Repair Technician for Techy, where they performed repairs such as screen and battery replacements for phones, assisted in finding and ordering parts for repairs, and provided excellent customer service. In 2020, they began working as a Merchandise Associate for Sam's Club, where they used store app to assist customers, used store touch computers to assist customers in locating items, and used store touch computers to perform other duties such as refilling stock. In 2019, they began working as a Federal Work Study Bookstore Assistant for Southern Crescent Technical College, where they assisted students in locating the correct textbooks and supplies for their classes, unpacked and distributed supplies ordered for the store, and assisted in inventory. In 2017, they began working as a Medical Records Data Entry Clerk for InGenesis, Inc., where they were an effective and contributing member of a team that strove for speed and accuracy, was responsible for entering and tracking data from medical records into the database for multiple Federal Agencies, and entered multiple agencies examinations and their unique processes. Finally, in 2014, they began working as a Medical Data Entry Clerk for STG International, where they used databases for entry and tracking of Federal Government multi-agency employee’s examinations, scanned employee’s medical records for electronic documentation, and entered multiple agencies examinations and their unique processes.

Ryanne Santos has obtained three degrees and one certification. In 2010, they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Social Sciences from Tidewater Community College. In 2018, they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Language and Literature, General from American Public University System. In 2020, they earned an Associate of Applied Sciences - AAS in Networking Specialist from Southern Crescent Technical College. Additionally, in November 2020, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
