Leigh Mills

Leigh Mills currently serves as the Head of Platform Engineering and previously held the position of Principal Software Engineer at drivvn since January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Software Engineer at Shell Energy Retail from March 2018 to January 2021, where leadership involved managing two self-functioning teams and overseeing software development projects. At First Utility, Leigh advanced from Senior Software Engineer to Lead Software Engineer between January 2012 and March 2018, focusing on JavaScript development and adopting a Lean software development approach. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Lloyds Industries, where work involved CAD/CAM engineering, and the development of plugins and websites. Leigh holds an HND in Computing and an AVCE in Information and Communication Technology from WCG.
