Linsey Fuchs is the North American Operations Manager at [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies). Linsey has also served as the Chief Operations Officer at eAmbient and as an Operations Manager for the Human Resources & Training Branch of the United States Air Force.

Linsey began their career in the military, serving in the United States Air Force for over seven years. During their time in the Air Force, they were responsible for managing the operations of the Human Resources & Training Branch. After their time in the Air Force, they transitioned to the US Air Force Reserve where they served for two years.

In October 2020, Linsey joined [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) as their North American Operations Manager. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all of DriWay's operations in North America. Linsey has held this position for just over a year.

In December 2021, Linsey will be leaving [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) to join eAmbient as their Chief Operations Officer. In this role, they will be responsible for overseeing all of eAmbient's operations globally. Linsey will be based out of eAmbient's headquarters in New York City.

Linsey Fuchs has earned both a Master's Degree in Strategic Intelligence and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government/International Relations from American Military University and [Florida State University](/org/florida-state-university), respectively.

Stephen is the Co-Founder of Graphite Strategy and a former McKinsey consultant and Stanford MBA who has been advising telecoms and media groups on their technology and strategy projects for 20 years. He is also an award-winning film and TV producer with a BA and Masters from Cambridge University.

Stephen Taylor

Charles McElroy is the current Global IT Manager at [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies). Prior to this, they held the position of Portfolio Manager at [Metro Bank](/org/metrobank) (UK) from November 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they led the £360m ‘capability & innovation’ portfolio after [Metro Bank](/org/metrobank)’s successful award of £120m from UK government financial technology innovation fund (Banking Competition Remedies Ltd).

Before their work in the banking sector, McElroy was with [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) from January 2020 to February 2021 as their Global Manager, Technology. In this role, they were responsible for all things technology, from strategy to delivery to operations, supporting an organisation ready for scalable global growth.

A native of London, Charles McElroy has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sector. Charles has a proven track record of leading and delivering successful programmes and projects in large organisations. Charles is an expert in digital transformation and has a passion for using technology to improve people’s lives.

Charles McElroy has a Master's Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Business from the [University of Strathclyde](/org/university-of-strathclyde). Charles has also done a Foreign Placement in Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. In addition, they have completed a Mini MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.

They work with Daniela Ribeiro - Global Operations Manager, Linsey Fuchs - North American Operations Manager. Charles McElroy reports to John-Paul Pollard, Global Director of Operations.

Charles McElroy

Grant Gischen is the Global Business Development Manager at [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies). Prior to this, they worked as a management consultant at [Bain & Company](/org/bain) from June 2015 to July 2018. Grant also worked as an analyst at Trematon Capital Investments Ltd (TMT) from January 2015 to June 2015, and as an intern at Atlatsa Resources Corporation from September 2013 to October 2013. Grant began their career as an intern in the Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) division at Broll Property Group in July 2012.

Grant has always had a passion for business and technology. Grant was drawn to [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) because of its innovative approach to solving problems in the transportation industry. Grant is excited to continue developing their skills in business development and to help [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) grow its impact on the world.

Grant Gischen has a background in mining engineering and accounting & finance. Grant studied Introductory Mining Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand and later completed their Bachelor of Business Science (Accounting and Finance) at the [University of Cape Town](/org/university-of-cape-town). Grant matriculated from Herzlia High School with an A-aggregate.

Grant Gischen

Atif Abbasi is the Global Financial Controller at [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies). Atif has over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Atif started their career as a Senior Management Accountant at The Rent Service in January 2000. Atif then moved to AAT in October 2005, where they became the Financial Controller. In October 2008, Atif joined TSYS as the UK Financial Controller. Atif stayed with TSYS until December 2010, when they became the EMEA Finance Director at DST Systems. Atif held this position for 8 years until April 2018, when they joined [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) as the Global Financial Controller.

Atif Abbasi's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University, A levels from University College of Islamabad, GCSE from Modern Tutorial College Kilburn, and Antwerp International School.

Atif Abbasi reports to Raymond Yager, Global Chief Financial Officer. They are on a team with and Grant Gischen - Global Business Development Manager.

Hamad has been deeply involved in the operations of insurance such as claims, underwriting and business development. Since then, he has been successfully part of many achievements in Dar Al Takaful PJSC and held managerial positions for more than 6 years, currently he is heading one of the vital departments which is Business Development. Moreover, aside from that he is also a Certified board secretary of Dar Al Takaful PJSC. Hamad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the [American University](/org/american-university) in Dubai and has joined Dar Al Takaful back in 2011 as a fresh graduate entering the insurance industry. 

Hamad Sharaf

Daniela brings over 15 years’ experience in strategic planning and execution, operations and transformation in  global organisations. For the last 6 years she was at [Refinitiv](/org/refinitiv) (Thomson Reuters), most recently as Portfolio Director of a $300 million dollar global, cross-business transformation program and before that led Business
Operations, Continuous Improvement and Transformation initiatives for Customer-Facing Operations. Prior to that Daniela spent a number of years at Wipro Technologies in the UK and Portugal and has a breadth of experience across different industries: automotive, IT, consulting, retail and financial services.

She holds an Economics degree from the University of Minho in Portugal and postgraduate diplomas in NGO Management and Business Administration from Oporto University and [The Open University](/org/cloudworks) respectively.

Daniela Ribeiro

Mrs. Gandhi is an expert on emerging technologies within heavily regulated spaces, having led product, strategy, partnerships, and GTM teams. She currently advises and invests in financial services and healthcare companies including [Modern Fertility](/org/modern-fertility), [Anchorage](/org/anchorage), and [Reap](/org/reap), and sits on the board of [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies), an environmental tech company valued at $100M+.

Most recently, Ms. Gandhi spent five years on the Plaid leadership team reporting to the CEO as the Head of BD and Strategy. There, she scaled the company from 15 people and a 40 million valuation operating in the US to a global company with ~500 people. And more recently, played an instrumental role in the $5.3B acquisition to Visa, one of the largest fintech exits in the industry. Ms. Gandhi is one of the few executives with start-up, growth company, and large corporate experience. She also brings a rare ability to triangulate between regulatory, private sector, and developer priorities given her unique background in Washington DC, [American Express](/org/american-express), and more recently at Plaid.

​Before joining Plaid, Ms. Gandhi worked at [American Express](/org/american-express) where she launched the Bluebird product with [Walmart](/org/walmart), drove Amex’s financial inclusion approach, and led strategy for new lending products. Prior to Amex, she oversaw the creation of the [Consumer Financial Protection Bureau](/org/consumer-financial-protection-bureau) and managed White House/regulatory relationships at the US Treasury Department. She also led tax policy initiatives for the [Center for American Progress](/org/center-for-american-progress) and practiced tax law at Simpson Thatcher.

​Mrs. Gandhi graduated from [Stanford University](/org/stanford) with a BS in engineering and a BA with honors in Science, Tech, and Society. She also holds a JD/LLM in tax law from [New York University](/org/nyu). She has served on the board of directors for NACHA, the association that manages the ACH network, as well as on the board for the Third Street Music School Settlement in New York City. Ms. Gandhi lives in San Francisco with her husband and son.

Sima J. Gandhi

Raymond Yager, who previously led International Finance Operations at Apple, Siemens, [McGraw-Hill](/org/mcgraw-hill) and DST Systems, is an ACA qualified and experienced hands-on finance and operations director with a 25+ year successful track record driving growth and transformational change in technology-driven companies.

Raymond has led teams across Europe, Asia and Australia including high growth emerging markets of India, China, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe and has also developed significant M&A expertise in fundraising, acquisitions, integration, restructuring. turnarounds, joint ventures and successful exits.  

He has worked across multiple sectors including IT hardware, services & platforms, software, fintech, internet media and digital publishing / content, professional services and consulting, construction services, outsourcing, advertising, sports and music rights management.

Raymond Yager

Steve is a managing director with Kenstone LLC, where he specializes in market entry advising, trading, distributor management, marketing, and direct import/export transactions. He is also a Partner in Gotham Orient Partners, a consulting and cross-border M&A advisory firm based in New York City that specializes in guiding mid-sized, emerging enterprises in both inbound and outbound expansions to and from Asia. Currently and also in the past, Steve managed [ESPC](/org/espc) projects as the Senior Korean consultant to Honeywell Federal Energy Group as the Department of Defense coordinator developing, implementing, and managing projects on the United States Air Force bases in Korea. Steve also performed multi-million dollar projects alongside Kenstone Inc. (Dong Kuk Steel-Incheon Works and POSCO-Gwangyang Works) and has successfully implemented several multi-million dollar ESCO projects in Guam, Sri Lanka, and Korea. Steve graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s in Economics.

Steve Kim

Mr. Judelson co-founded [DriWay Technologies](/org/driway-technologies) in 2019. The company has since grown into a $100 million global enterprise partnering with many of the world’s largest property owners such as [Olshan Properties](/org/olshan-properties) in the US, Grosvenor Estate in the UK, Wasl Properties and Nakheel in the United Arab Emirates, Bin Faqeeh in Bahrain, and [Hyundai Corporation](/org/hyundai-corp) in the Republic of Korea.
 

Prior to joining DriWay, Mr. Judelson worked with prominent companies in the entertainment, technology and government sectors. During his tenure at International Management Group (IMG), he finalized world-wide television broadcast rights and media deals with Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, the Women’s Tennis Association and the NCAA Championships. He was formerly Founder and CEO of Archaio, LLC, a company specializing in cloud-based facility and assets inspection and management. 

 

Mr. Judelson earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, where he was a member of their Pac-10 Men’s Tennis Team. He remains actively involved with his alma mater and served for 8 years as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Arizona Foundation and he is currently a member of the University of Arizona National Leadership Council. He is also a founding board member of The Randall’s Island Park Alliance, the founder of the Susquehannock Fund and is an advisor and supporter of many other philanthropic causes.

Roy Judelson

Founder of Graphite Strategy, focusing on fibre rollout, 5G and green energy investments, and Spectrum, a management consultancy with offices around the world. She was recently given a CBE by the Queen for her tech exports and charity work and she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and Masters in Economics and Statistics from the [University of Cambridge](/org/university-of-cambridge).

Janice Hughes CBE

Mr. Kesler is a founder and principal of Tomahawk Investment Group, which holds a diversified investment portfolio of high growth potential businesses through innovative offerings like DriWay. Mr. Kesler is a qualified Lawyer, with degrees in Commerce & Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Cape Town with 24 years of experience in global Mer & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Business Development.
 
Mr. Kesler has held senior international executive board positions over the past 18 years with the public companies listed on the NYSE, TSX and JSE.

Joel Kesler

Mr. Novack specializes in the launch, acceleration and turnaround of leading edge ventures in Europe, America and Asia. His experience as CEO and COO spans the technology, media and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining DriWay Technologies, Mr. Novack advised EY Global, leveraging digital channels to improve their corporate value proposition, commercial insights, and brand perception. Previously, he successfully executed rapid growth and transformation strategies for multinational corporations and start-ups. He has redesigned operating models of software, artificial intelligence, media and advertising enterprises and led innovative transformation projects for Viacom, Ericsson, Sony and Real Madrid.

​Before his executive career, Mr. Novack was a journalist for 10 years, and reported on major international conflicts as a war correspondent in Africa.

​Mr. Novack holds degrees from IE Business School (Executive MBA), University of Barcelona (MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility), and New York University (Psychology and Philosophy).

Brings over 20 years of experience to DriWay.  As former Global Head of Customer Operations Transformation for [Thomson Reuters](/org/thomson-reuters), John-Paul led a global organization of 700 people and delivered successful outcomes for customers while developing and growing teams.  John-Paul is the recipient of the [Thomson Reuters](/org/thomson-reuters) Corporation President’s Award for his contribution and leadership in their Real-Time Data Feed product migration. John-Paul holds a degree in Earth Science and a PhD in Paleomagnetism from [Liverpool John Moores University](/org/liverpool-john-moores-university).

John-Paul Pollard

Andreas has over 35 years of investment and advisory experience serving the world’s largest real estate owners and managers including REITs, investment funds and advisors, pension plans, insurance companies, endowments and global Family Offices.

Andreas Calianos

Dr. Sharaf was the Assistant Foreign Minister of Economic and Trade Affairs at the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation from 2016 to 2019. Dr. Sharaf was appointed as the Group CEO of [DP World](/org/dp-world) when the global port operator was formed in 2005 with the integration of the domestic and international arms of the Dubai Ports.

Dr. Sharaf has more than two decades of experience in the transport and logistics business. He began his shipping career working at Holland Hook terminal in the Port of New York/New Jersey. 

Dr. Mohammed Sharaf

Amy Guggenheim Shenkan is an experienced public company and private equity backed corporate director, public company officer, president, and former [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company) digital transformation leader.

Ms. Shenkan has held leadership positions in industry powerhouses such as Mckinsey & Company, GE, [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo), Travelocity and [Common Sense Media](/org/common-sense-media) – working in and serving both digital disruptors as well as companies.
 
Successfully undergoing a digital transformation in companies ranging from start-ups to $1B+ in revenues, Shenkan is recognized as an expert in digital transformations having developed deep skills in the essentials of transformations - setting strategy for enterprises undergoing disruption, innovating new business models, driving technology based, operational and cultural transformations and effectively executing mergers and integrations. She also brings a global perspective.

Ms. Shenkan’s corporate governance experience spans more than 8 years and she currently serves on the boards of Ritchie Bros (NYSE: RBA) and Byrider (an [Altamont Capital Partners](/org/altamont-capital-partners) company). RBA is the global leader in online and live event industrial equipment auctions with $5B+ in equipment sales and a $4.8B market capitalization. RBA is leveraging technology to revolutionize the customer experience and scale its platform.
Ms. Shenkan is a member of both the Audit and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Byrider is one of the leading used vehicle retail and finance businesses also working towards a digital shift. Previously, she served on the board of [E.L.F. Cosmetics](/org/e-l-f-cosmetics) (formerly a Texas Pacific Group company), advising on their brand re-launch and e-commerce strategy and served on the board of vRide (acquired by [Enterprise Holdings](/org/enterprise-holdings)), mentoring their first-time CEO on the company’s digital transformation from a vanpool company to a rideshare platform and serving on the Audit Committee. 

Previously, Ms. Shenkan held senior positions at McKinsey, [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo), and Travelocity while starting her career as a GE Financial Management Program graduate during the Jack Welch era. Ms. Shenkan led digital transformation work at McKinsey, serving major clients across industries and geographies looking to leverage technology to grow. Shenkan also served as an executive and officer of Previewtravel.com. She was crucial to executing the reverse merger IPO between Preview Travel and Travelocity; the combined entity had $1.5B in sales and was the largest online travel agency at the time. Shenkan played an integral role in bringing [Wells Fargo](/org/wells-fargo) into the digital age, spearheading its first online financial services business plan and strategy and helping to lead its $12B merger integration with First Interstate. Shenkan is also the former President of [Common Sense Media](/org/common-sense-media); a technology-based media company dedicated to helping kids successfully navigate the media and technology world. Ms. Shenkan led the transformation of Common Sense into the most significant, entrepreneurial, rapidly growing, technology-based organization of its kind. 

Ms. Shenkan earned a BA in Economics and Psychology and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan (1987) and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School (1992).

Amy Guggenheim Shenkan

For over 25 years, Robert has been involved in the financial, energy, and environmental sectors for over 25 years.  He has a wide range of knowledge and experience relating to fundraising, boutique investment banking, strategic planning, risk management, international joint ventures, and coordinating strategic international alliances.  Mr. Kim’s career has been internationally focused and he is able to call upon business relationships in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Japan, Russia, Kuwait, Germany, and South America. Mr. Kim founded K-Tronik International Corp. in 1996 and later successfully took the company to a Nasdaq OTCBB listing in 2003 by reverse merger.  In his capacity as CEO, he focused on corporate strategy, international expansion, and international financing and trading.  Prior to K-Tronik, he founded Kingtec with Daewoo America Corp. and Ardrytech/Goldstar with LG, USA. Mr. Kim attended [George Brown College](/org/george-brown-college) in Toronto, Canada.

Robert Kim

The leadership team at DriWay Technologies has a history of experience in various industries, including investment, computer science, and law. They have also been educated at some of the top schools in the world, including Boston College and the University of Cape Town. This experience and education gives them the knowledge and skills necessary to lead the company to success.
