Christina Morse is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently at DRMP, Inc., where leadership involves guiding a team of recruiters in expanding personnel within the Transportation Industry across the southeastern U.S. Prior experience includes a senior managerial role at Splunk, overseeing a team of talent sourcers and implementing effective recruiting strategies, metrics, and career frameworks. Christina has also contributed significantly at Goldman Sachs as an experienced hire recruiter across multiple divisions, and at ADP in a recruitment process outsourcing capacity. Earlier roles include business development at Loyal Source Government Services and account management at Aerotek, alongside experience in sales coordination and management in retail. Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Business from Rollins College.
