Luis Maldonado

Luis Maldonado is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management within the transportation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DRMP, Inc. since March 2015, Maldonado oversees multi-lane projects, bridge replacements, intersection improvements, and drainage design within FDOT Districts 2 and 3, providing supervision and training to emerging project managers. Previously, Maldonado held the position of Office Section Manager at URS Corporation, managing daily operations for a transportation section and successfully securing numerous projects. With a strong foundation from the Florida Department of Transportation, where various roles included Assistant State Drainage Engineer and District Drainage Engineer, Maldonado contributed significantly to drainage design standards and quality assurance programs.
