Madara Juska has over two decades of experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as the Human Resources and Communications Director and Member of the Management Board at Drogas/A.S. Watson Group since August 2001, while also acting as a CSR Ambassador. Prior experience includes roles such as Recruitment Project Manager at Adros Baltija and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Armaturjonsson AS. Madara holds a Certificate of Completion in Sustainability Essentials for Business from the University of Cambridge, an Executive MBA in Economics from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and a Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Latvijas Universitate.
