Natalia Podgórska

Natalia Podgórska is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Head of People at Droids On Roids since May 2020, Natalia collaborates closely with leadership teams and department heads to drive strategic initiatives and support company growth through the #ScalingUp framework. Prior to this role, Natalia founded The Hidden Heroes and worked as an HR Specialist at Naturaily, where key contributions included implementing HR processes, improving candidate experience, and adopting Agile methodologies. With a background in recruitment and employee engagement at Siili Solutions Poland and extensive earlier roles in recruitment and customer service, Natalia has developed a diverse skill set in managing talent acquisition and enhancing organizational culture. Natalia holds multiple master's degrees from leading universities, including a Master's in American Studies from Freie Universität Berlin.
