Abhay Saini

Abhay Saini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Abhay began their career in 2007 as a Trainee Engineer at Ernst & Young and subsequently worked as a Trainee Engineer at the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology in 2008. In 2010, they served as a Technical Specialist at iYogi Technical Services. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Talent Acquisition at Saviance Technologies. Abhay then joined National Systems Consulting in 2012 as a Lead Executive Talent Acquisition. In 2013, they became a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Varite Inc. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at FSTONE Technologies. Most recently, they have held multiple roles at Droisys, including Client Delivery Manager from 2017 to 2018, Client Success Director from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as a Business Partner and Vice President - Customer Engagements.

Abhay Saini completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Maharshi Dayanand University in the years 2006 to 2010. Abhay later pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth during the years 2016 to 2018.
