Amitis Homayoun

Amitis Homayoun has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amitis currently works as a People Operations Manager at Droit since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Heady from May 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Heady, Amitis worked as a Human Resources Strategist at ·ery Inc from November 2019 to April 2021. Amitis also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at American Express Global Business Travel from May 2019 to August 2019, and as a Human Resource Consulting Project member at J.P. Morgan from January 2019 to May 2019.

Amitis has also gained experience in human resources consulting through their roles at Aflac Global Investments in 2018, where they analyzed compensation and benefits surveys, validated job descriptions, created a talent database, and researched labor laws.

Earlier in their career, Amitis served as a Human Resources Manager at Samsung Electronics from March 2016 to February 2017. Amitis also worked as a Recruitment & Talented Manager at Nestlé from March 2015 to March 2016, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and workforce planning.

Amitis began their career as an HR Specialist - Generalist at Azadea Group from September 2013 to February 2015. Amitis also worked as a Senior HR Consultant and Human Resources Consultant at Atieh Roshan Consulting from September 2009 to September 2013 and from September 2009 to August 2011, respectively.

Amitis Homayoun completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business Management at KU Leuven from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at the Zicklin School of Business from 2017 to 2019.
