Brad Hilder

Brad Hilder has held various roles in the finance and accounting industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a tutor for Master Maths. Brad then worked as an Audit Senior for Deloitte from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they worked on various clients including Great-West Life Group, Boyd Group, Grindrod Shipping Group, Jonsson Workwear, Spar, Compendium Insurance Group, Consupaq - Astrapak division, Educor, uKZN US Aid, and Tata Chemicals. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Finance Manager/Head of Finance for Hodari Foods, a multi-product, multi-channel food sales and distribution company. In 2018, they also served as the interim Finance Manager for Tasty Nation. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Manager in the Equity Capital Markets team at Deloitte UK, focusing on supporting IPOs and Class 1 transactions. Brad's clients included Vodafone Group plc, Just Eat plc, ReAssure plc, Bitdefender, TP ICAP plc, Caesars Group, Alfa Financial Software plc, Inspired Education Group, and Department of Health and Social Care. Currently, they are the Head of Financial Reporting & Control at DRONAMICS.

Brad Hilder has a strong educational background in accounting. Brad completed a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2010, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences from the same university in 2012. In 2013, they became a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to this, they attended Westville Boys High School from 2003 to 2007.
