Quincy Quayson

Quincy Quayson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Quincy founded Q3 Consultancy in 2020, where they serve as the Founder and CEO, providing global clients with hands-on support for business development and growth. With over a decade of sales and relationship building experience, they offer consultation services on topics such as sales strategy, procurement, proposals, tender management, and contract negotiation.

In 2022, Quincy joined LCR Freeport as the Director of Operations and Business Development, where they play a crucial role in the development and expansion of the Liverpool City Region Freeport. Quincy also holds the position of Operations and Business Development Director for the Liverpool City Region Freeport at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

Prior to their current roles, Quincy served as the Global Head of Aerospace and Business Development Director - Middle East at Rebirth Analytics in 2021. Quincy also worked as the Director of Strategic Development and Account Manager - Phoenix I at Drone Major in the same year.

In 2021, Quincy worked as a Business Development Consultant at Dubai South, supporting the development of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. Quincy also held the position of Head of Business Development at Artainment Foundation.

Before their consultancy work, Quincy gained extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Quincy worked as a Senior Technical Sales and Business Development Manager at Honeywell Aerospace from 2016 to 2020, leading high-profile sales campaigns and negotiations with airlines in the Middle East. Prior to that, they held various roles at GE Aviation, including Lead Sales Manager for Avionics, Bids and Proposals Manager, and Systems Safety Engineer.

Quincy Quayson completed their education from 2005 to 2009 at the University of Liverpool, where they earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies (Hons).
