Philip Jahns

Philip Jahns has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Philip currently works as a Hardware Program Manager at DroneBase since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a UAS Specialist at Frontier Precision from October 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Delair from 2018 to 2019 and as a Senior Manager, Customer Success and Support at Airware from 2016 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Philip worked at Tesla as a Technical Support Lead from 2015 to 2017. Philip also had their own independent consultancy as an IT Consultant and Data Migration Specialist from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Instructor and Course Developer at SAE Institute, where they designed and implemented curriculums for courses in adult learning from 2010 to 2011, and from 2004 to 2007.

Philip's earlier experience includes roles such as Genius Administrator / Mac Genius at Apple from 2007 to 2010 and Recording & Mixing Engineer, Computer Hardware & Software Tech at The Grill Recording Studios from 2001 to 2004. Overall, they have a strong background in technical support, customer success, and education.

Philip Jahns graduated from SAE Expression College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Arts. Philip then attended Full Sail University, where they pursued Recording Engineering, without specific start or end years provided. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Remote Pilot - Small UAS (Part 107) from the Federal Aviation Administration in November 2017.
