Elicia Chen

Elicia Chen is currently the Head of Marketing Operations at DroneDeploy since July 2024 and serves as Team Lead for Marketing Ops and PMO at Women in Revenue, where efforts include driving strategic alignment and building a scalable infrastructure for a committee of over 30 volunteers. Previously, Elicia held the position of Director of Marketing Operations at Alation, overseeing a Marketo Center of Excellence and achieving significant improvements in lead response times. Prior roles include Head of Marketing PMO at Zuora, where Elicia established the Office of the CMO, and Sales & Marketing Technology Manager at LiveRamp, among others. Elicia has a proven track record in building marketing operations teams, optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency, and driving membership growth initiatives. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Art History from Wellesley College and a Certificate in Technology Project Management from UC Berkeley Extension.
