Alyssa Fetini

Alyssa Fetini has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Director, G&A HR Business Partner Lead at Dropbox since August 2014. In this role, Alyssa leads HR strategies for the entire G&A organization, focusing on organizational development and employee engagement. Prior to this, Alyssa worked as a Design Recruiter and Talent Manager at Dropbox and held roles at Facebook as a Design Recruiter and at The Creative Group as a Senior Creative Recruiter, where significant placements were achieved. Earlier career experiences include positions at Yahoo! as an HR & Corporate Communications Storyteller, Time Magazine as a Writer/Researcher, and Al Jazeera News as a Freelance Producer. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
