Alyssa Mastronardi

Alyssa Mastronardi is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in technology and corporate recruitment. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Dropbox since May 2021, Alyssa has played a key role in sourcing top talent for the company's engineering, product, and design teams. Prior to Dropbox, Alyssa held various recruiting positions at WeWork from November 2016 to May 2021, including Recruiting Manager, where responsibilities included recruiting for technology, legal, and real estate roles, as well as managing international talent acquisition as WeWork expanded into the APAC region. Earlier in the career, Alyssa worked at Avero, where management of full-cycle recruitment processes and the development of a college recruiting program were key achievements. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree from Niagara University.
