Jessica Day is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy and community marketing. Currently serving as the Community Advocacy Customer Marketing Lead at Dropbox since January 2022, Jessica developed a unified advocacy strategy that tracked nearly $11 million in customer-influenced revenue while managing a team focused on fostering community engagement. Prior to this role, Jessica established the first global Customer Advocacy Program at Dropbox, engaging over 1,100 active champions. A co-founder of IdeaScale, Jessica played a significant role in its growth from a US-centric startup to a global platform, and Jessica also launched the company's podcast, achieving high ratings. Other relevant experience includes advisory roles and contributions to various marketing and literary organizations. Jessica holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Washington and a B.A. in English from Allegheny College.
