Misty Xicum Ku is an experienced executive business partner and chief of staff currently at Dropbox since April 2021, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer, Saman Asheer, and previously serving as interim Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal Officer, Bart Volkmer. With a strong background in enhancing operational efficiency, managing high-volume calendars, and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration, Misty has successfully spearheaded strategic initiatives, organized large-scale events, and provided mentorship within teams. Prior experience includes executive assistant roles supporting Dropbox co-founders and multiple leaders, where Misty was instrumental in planning key corporate events and managing complex schedules.
