Rebecca Blume

Rebecca Blume is a senior counsel at Dropbox. Rebecca has experience representing emerging technology companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation and debt/venture financings to mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. Rebecca also has experience representing venture capital funds in their financing of startups. Rebecca has a J.D. from Berkeley Law School and a B.A. in English from Stanford University.

Rebecca Blume attended Whitman College for their Bachelor of Arts, where they studied vocal performance. Rebecca then attended the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for their Middle East Studies. After that, they attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law for their Doctor of Law. Rebecca is certified from the State Bar of California and is admitted to the Bar.
