Tenika Small

Tenika Small is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in product communications and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Product Communications at Dropbox since May 2019, Tenika Small has previously held positions including Senior Communications Manager for Product and Partnerships. Prior to Dropbox, Tenika Small worked at FleishmanHillard from May 2010 to April 2019, where responsibilities included developing global communication strategies for high-profile clients such as Jordan Brand and Visa. Tenika Small also has freelance experience as a communications consultant for the fashion and entertainment sectors and has contributed to luxury brand marketing for clients like Louis Vuitton. Tenika Small holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University.
