Wendy MacIas

Wendy Macias is an experienced benefits professional with a strong background in global benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Dropbox since October 2020, Macias previously held the position of Director of AMER Benefits at VMware from July 2014 to December 2020 and managed a variety of benefit programs at Agilent Technologies from May 2008 to July 2014. Macias has also contributed to the Silicon Valley Employers Forum and the Pacific Business Group on Health, influencing health care quality and cost effectiveness as a board representative. Earlier career roles include Manager of Global Benefits at Varian, Inc. and Vice President at Synergetic Administrative Insurance Services. Wendy's educational background includes studies at Brigham Young University and Saratoga High School.
