Peter von Oven is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software solutions and engineering. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Droplet Computing from January 2018 to November 2020, Peter developed innovative container technology that enabled applications to run across multiple platforms without the need for cloud connectivity. Previously, Peter held key roles in organizations such as Liquidware Labs as Director of Sales Engineering and VMware, where responsibilities included managing pre-sales teams and supporting strategic technical planning for the Software Defined Data Center. With technical expertise gained through roles at Egenera, HP, and Citrix Systems, Peter has consistently driven growth and built strong technical relationships across various sectors. Peter holds an HND in Electronic Engineering from Farnborough College of Technology.
