Mike Milano

Mike Milano is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Lettuce Box, Inc. since July 2021, Mike also founded County Industries, LLC in December 2023, focusing on industrial laser cleaning and engraving services. As CTO and co-founder of Droplet Technologies, Mike has been instrumental in developing SaaS solutions for the water utilities sector since March 2014. Additionally, Mike founded Cymatek, providing consulting services in infrastructure and software leadership. Previous roles include Senior Architect at Tandem, Director of Engineering at Thinkbean, and positions at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Network Associates/McAfee, and Roland Corporation, where Mike demonstrated expertise in software development and project management.
