Ricky Frey has held various positions in the tech and customer service industries since 2009. Ricky began their career as the Store Manager and Operator at Bowling Innovations in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal as the Web Programs Coordinator, Tier 2/Webhelp Coordinator, and Tier 1 Support Technician. In 2015, they moved to HomeStreet Bank where they served as an IT Business Analyst. From 2016 to 2022, they were employed by BitTitan as the Americas Support Manager - Customer Success and Customer Success Engineer - Tier 3. Ricky currently holds the position of Global Support Manager at Dropsuite.
Ricky Frey obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2016, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed an AA in Business from Pierce College at Puyallup in 2012.
