Shinta Dwi Handayani

Shinta Dwi Handayani has been working in the Human Resources field since 2012. Shinta Dwi began their career at PT Monekatama Selaras as a Junior Planner in 2012. In 2013, they moved to PT Angkasa Pura Properti as an HR Generalist. In 2016, they joined ITasof Pelagus Global as a Human Capital Manager. In 2017, they became a Human Capital Manager at GITS Indonesia. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Manager at Dropsuite, where they are responsible for supporting with recruiting talent in Indonesia, onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining a positive working environment and employee wellbeing, increasing employee engagement, managing HR administration, information sharing, and payroll.

Shinta Dwi Handayani obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Teknik Planologi / Perencanaan Wilayah & Kota from Institut Teknologi Bandung between 2005 and 2011. In December 2015, they were also certified as a Certified Human Resource Generalist (CHRG) by SDMList.
