Vindana Warusavithana

Vindana Warusavithana has worked in the UI/UX design field since 2005. Vindana began their career as a UI Engineer - Team Lead at DirectFN Sri Lanka in 2005, where they were responsible for coaching designers and developers in usability Theory, Practice and Techniques. In 2011, they joined GRC-Systems as a UI/UX Designer, where they worked in design sprints and conducted user and market research. In 2012, they moved to Hatcher as a Lead UI/UX Designer, where they managed design projects and collaborated closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers and Engineers. Vindana has been a Lead UI/UX Designer at Dropsuite since 2017.

Vindana Warusavithana completed a BSc in Information Technology at SLIIT from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a BSc in Biological Science at the University of Ruhuna from 2002 to 2005. In September 2016, they received a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
