William Shannon

US Technical Support Lead at DropSuite

William Shannon's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. William started their career in the US Army as a Sergeant from April 2003 to September 2007. After completing their military service, they worked as a Lead Delivery Driver at Domino's Pizza from July 2010 to March 2012. Next, they joined TEKsystems as an Operations Engineer from January 2012 to June 2013. William then worked at Covestic as an Xbox Operations Center Shift Lead from July 2013 to September 2019. Following that, they served as a Customer Success Manager at BitTitan from September 2019 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the position of US Technical Support Lead at Dropsuite.

William Shannon attended Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
