Akshay Madhani

Akshay Madhani's work experience begins with their current role as the Founder and CEO of DropYacht, a blockchain-based customer experience platform. At DropYacht, they are focused on developing a platform that allows brands to build personalized interactions with customers in real time.

Prior to founding DropYacht, Akshay worked as a Senior Engineer at Meta for a brief period in 2022. Akshay also had a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Facebook in 2021. Before that, they spent several years at Facebook as a Software Engineer, working on various projects such as comment ranking and integrity classifiers, as well as content classification for the newsfeed.

Earlier in their career, Akshay gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at PayPal, where they collaborated with the Netflix payments team and worked on UI development for PayPal Here devices. Akshay also held internships at LinkedIn and Looxcie, where they focused on web development and software development respectively.

Additionally, Akshay had an internship at AppPerfect, where they worked on a project for a client of AppPerfect consulting, analyzing a customer care database using Java and SQL.
