Renee L. has extensive experience in risk management, specifically within the DOT/FMCSA environment, currently serving as a Risk Management specialist since September 2016. In addition to this role, Renee is an educational committee member for the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association and an instructor for the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA), offering valuable instruction and resources to enhance participants' understanding. As the Designated Employer Representative for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, Renee administers the drug and alcohol program and oversees testing procedures. Previous experience includes being a FMCSA Process Server for A+Agents of Process, Inc. and Director of Operations for U.M.E. Logistics Management. Education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Georgia State University Perimeter College and training from the Wharton School in Operations Management and Supervision.
