Cesar Avila has extensive experience in law enforcement and criminal justice, currently serving as Resident Agent in Charge at the Drug Enforcement Administration since February 2002, with previous roles including Supervisory Special Agent and Inspector. Prior to this, Cesar worked as a Police Officer at the Arlington Police Department and held various positions at Target and Roehling and Roehling Investigations. Cesar began a career in criminal justice as a Senior Drill Instructor at Montgomery County Juvenile Corrections after serving as a Combat Medic in the US Army. Cesar earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University from 1997 to 1999.
