Scott Kurfis

Assistant To The Special Agent In Charge at U.S. Secret Service

Scott Kurfis has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as an Assistant to The Special Agent in Charge at the U.S. Secret Service since July 2001, where responsibilities include Strategic Intelligence and Information as well as roles in the Office of Human Resources. Previous positions within the Secret Service include Special Agent and being part of the Emergency Response Team. Prior to this, Scott Kurfis worked at Stark Regional Community Correction Center as a Resident Assistant and had an internship at Federal Pretrial Services. Early career experience includes an Assistant role at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Scott Kurfis is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections at Kent State University and continues education in Computer Technology and Computer Systems Technology at the University of Mount Union.
