Rhonda Kelley

Rhonda Kelley has extensive experience in intelligence and law enforcement support, currently serving as Acting Executive Assistant to the EPIC Director and Acting Director at the DEA El Paso Intelligence Center since October 2002, where EPIC provides crucial intelligence and mission support to various law enforcement agencies. Prior roles include Field Intelligence Manager, Intelligence Group Supervisor, and Intelligence Research Specialist at the Drug Enforcement Administration and Federal Bureau of Investigation from 1999 to 2002. Further experience encompasses positions as a Narcotics Analyst with the Texas Department of Public Safety and as a Licensing Specialist and Administrative Technician with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Rhonda Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from The University of Texas at Austin and additional business education from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and Virginia Wesleyan University.
