Jonathan WANG has over 14 years of human resources and operational experience with seasoned expertise in organization designing, marketing intelligence, employer value proposition, career coaching and leadership development. Jonathan was Associate Director at Roche leading a team of 9 people covering the full value chain function's hiring and organization evolution. Before that, Jonathan was the Practice Lead at Recruit Group heading a team of 6 people in the industrial practice. Before entering the HR function, Jonathan was as a Journalist in Zhiyin Media Group. He completed his bachelor degree majored in Journalism in Hubei University and got his Master degree majored in Comparative Literature in Shanghai International Studies University.
