Allison Lathim

Allison Lathim has extensive experience in sports management and drug testing, currently serving as a Staff Account and Director of Collector Development at The National Center for Drug Free Sport, Inc. since March 2013. In this role, Lathim oversees the recruitment and training of collectors, ensuring proficiency standards are met for specimen collections. Prior to this position, Lathim worked as the Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Northern Iowa and Wichita State University. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sport Drug-Testing Collector at The National Center for Drug Free Sport, Inc. Lathim holds a Master of Education in Sports Management from Wichita State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Newman University, and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Independence Community College.
