Anna Bottoms, MS, CPT has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Student Athletic Trainer at the University of Missouri, where they assisted the certified athletic trainer in treatment and practice duties for various sports teams. In 2014, Anna became a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym, where they provided personalized fitness training to clients. In 2015, they worked as a Health Fitness Specialist at Corporate Fitness Works, before transitioning to their role as a Senior Education Program Manager at The National Center for Drug Free Sport, Inc. At this role, Anna is responsible for managing education programs. Overall, Anna Bottoms has demonstrated their expertise in the fitness and wellness industry through their various roles and experiences.

Anna Bottoms earned their Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences, Other from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2014. Anna then went on to complete their Master of Science degree in Wellness and Fitness from PennWest California from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their education, Anna also obtained two certifications as a Personal Trainer. Anna became a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers in November 2014 and obtained another certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in August 2014.
