Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at DNDi is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee management and welfare. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff. They also handle employee relations, compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The team supports regional HR needs and fosters a positive workplace culture in line with DNDi's mission of delivering effective treatments for neglected diseases.
