Neha Dhanuk is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Manager-Human Resources for South Asia at the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative (DNDi) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Neha worked as a Human Resources Officer at the American India Foundation from September 2022 to January 2024 and as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at Population Services International from March 2014 to August 2022. Neha's early career included a summer internship at NTPC Limited in May 2012, where an analysis of training and development policies was conducted. Neha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science, both from the University of Lucknow.
