Paul Clements

Paul Clements is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Paul began their career as an art editor at The Mail on Sunday in 1990. From there, they worked as a creative director and partner at IABS (It Aint Brain Surgery) until 1999. Paul then pursued freelance work in design and digital imaging, collaborating with various publications and businesses until 2000. In 2001, Paul became an online manager at buhl UnLtD, where they stayed until 2003.

In 2003, Paul became the creative director at Shockwaved, where they focused on creating award-winning digital content. Paul left the company in 2005. In 2008, they served as a Clem from TBWA\Denmark Cannes Lions Judge for a brief period.

Paul joined TBWA as a creative director in 2002 and subsequently became the executive creative director in 2014. During their time at TBWA, they worked on brand campaigns and managed designs and concepts for clients until their departure in 2014.

Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Sunderland College and earned another HND.
