Hanna Enfelt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. In the early years of their career, they worked in various roles at Opteam, including Duty Manager, Waitress, Bartender, Sales Clerk, and Shift Leader. At Restaurant Kappeli, they held positions as Duty Manager, Waitress, and Bartender.

Hanna Enfelt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in the years 2010 to 2014. Hanna then pursued further education and received a Master's degree in Organization and Leadership from Åbo Akademi University between the years 2015 and 2018. In 2014 to 2015, they attended Aalto University for Open University courses in Organization and Leadership. Hanna also had an exchange period at Ted Rogers School of Management in Ryerson University in 2013. Prior to their tertiary education, they completed the Finnish Matriculation Examination at Brändö Gymnasium from 2004 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained People Test Logic certification from People Test Systems A/S in April 2016, and People Test Persona certification in February 2015.
