Analia Alvarez-Bobber is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive expertise in pastry and gourmet dessert preparation. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Druid Hills Golf Club since July 2022, Analia previously held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Atlanta Athletic Club from May 2016 to July 2022, and has also worked in notable roles such as Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef at Druid Hills Golf Club, Montaluce Winery & Estates, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Analia began a career in pastry at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where roles included Lead Pastry Cook, Assistant Pastry Chef, and Cook 1 over a seven-year span.
