Zita Rajki

Zita Rajki is a seasoned IT recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment teams and processes across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Delivery Coordinator at DRUIT since May 2023, Zita previously held roles including Lead Technical Recruiter at IBM, where leadership of a four-person recruitment team focused on Lead IT, Transport & Logistics, and Management roles was key. With a strong background in international recruitment, Zita has successfully managed high-level IT positions at Docler Holding Budapest and led talent acquisition initiatives at GE across five countries. Additional experience includes sourcing and candidate evaluation at Citi and IT recruitment at Trenkwalder Hungary. Zita holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Consulting from Szent István Egyetem and a Bachelor's degree in Andragogy from Milton Friedman University.
