Paul Abraham Cbe

Paul Abraham CBE is an experienced director and leader in military and defense operations, currently serving as the Director of Delivery and Head of Delivery at Drumgrange Ltd since May 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Head of Delivery at the MASS Training Support Group and was involved in managing joint warfare support at MASS Consultants. With a robust background in the UK Joint Forces Command, Paul contributed to capability delivery and policy for intelligence and communications. Additionally, Paul served as Head of Strategic Communications at the UK Ministry of Defence, establishing critical communication teams and governance processes. A former Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff Operations for the Royal Navy, Paul was awarded the CBE for outstanding contributions during significant operational events and received the US Bronze Star for strategic development of the Iraqi Navy. Paul holds a CMI Level 8 Certificate in Strategic Development and Leadership from The University of Manchester and has a foundational education from Falmouth Comprehensive.
