Autumn Duby

Autumn Duby has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Drury Hotels since July 2010. Previous roles at Drury Hotels include Director of Revenue Optimization & Distribution Strategy, Manager of Performance Improvement, and Division Revenue Manager for over 45 branded hotels. Additionally, Autumn has held the position of General Manager at Drury Inn & Suites in St. Louis and Jackson, MS. Prior to joining Drury, Autumn served as Assistant General Manager at The Artmore Hotel and worked as Night Manager at the Holiday Inn Select Atlanta Capitol Conference Center. Autumn began the career as an Implementation Specialist at Micros Systems. Educationally, Autumn holds an MBA from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University.
