Joe Case

Joe Case has over a decade of experience in IT security operations and technical support, currently serving as the Supervisor of IT Security Operations at Drury Hotels since August 2012. Prior roles at Drury Hotels include Security Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer, and System Support Analyst I-III, along with experience as a Helpdesk Specialist. Joe has also been a self-employed Computer Technician since January 2003, providing on-site repairs and maintenance for PCs. Previous employment includes managing employee schedules and training at Saint Anthony's Medical Center from February 2006 to August 2012 and working as a Registered Pharmacy Technician at Bellevue Pharmacy Solutions from May 2003 to August 2005. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2011.
