Kevin Karson

Kevin Karson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as AGM & Onsite Sales at Drury Hotels since April 2012. In this role, Kevin leads on-site sales initiatives and manages a sales team to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth through strategic account management. Prior to this, Kevin held several positions at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from December 2006 to April 2012, including Front Office Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, and Rooms Controller, where responsibilities included managing a large front office team and improving guest satisfaction through targeted training programs. Kevin began their career as Assistant Operations Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc., overseeing a team and leading training initiatives. Kevin holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
