Kim Hunter

Kim Hunter possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Recruitment and Staffing at Drury Hotels since January 2018. Previously, Kim was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included full lifecycle recruitment for critical business areas and building teams for new product launches. Prior roles include Talent Scout at Build-A-Bear Workshop, Recruiter at Fleishman-Hillard, and Recruitment Manager at Home Decorators Collection/Home Depot Direct, where a variety of recruitment strategies and training programs were developed and implemented. Additionally, Kim served as an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University, teaching courses on retailing and consumer behavior. Kim holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University and an MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
