Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey Chen is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in product management and strategic planning. Currently serving as VP Operations and Chief of Staff to the COO/CFO at Druva, Chen has previously held notable positions including Chief of Staff to the President at Samsung NEXT and Chief Innovation Officer at Samsung Electronics, as well as Principal Product Manager for Marketplace and Alexa at Amazon. Prior roles also include Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Business Operations at Yahoo! Inc. and Director of Business Strategy and Operations at Polycom. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA with an emphasis in Operations from NYU Stern School of Business.
